'C' grade plot is also named as Average because in this type of plot there are some
Vastu defects in terms of location and placement of different section of house in wrong
direction. Here are features of C grade or average plot:
- Entrance in this type of plot is in the West which not good in the above grades.
- Underground water tank in average plot is in North-western side.
- Septic tank is placed in North.
- Kitchen in this type of plot can be located in North-west which is average and cooking gas is placed in facing North.
- Pooja room in average plot is located in Northern side.
- Dining room is located in Western part.
- Living room is average plot is placed in North-eastern side.
- Toilet in this plot is positioned in South-west.
- Storage room is placed in South-western corner of plot.
- Master bedroom in C grade is located in South-eastern corner.
